In Store Return Policy: Items may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns must be in new condition with price tags attached, shoes in the original box, and your receipt. There are no returns on sale items.
Online Return Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. If an item doesn’t work, you can return it for a store credit, exchange, or refund within 10 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise must be unworn with tags still attached, shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box. Special orders, and discounted items are final sale.
You will receive a credit for the cost of the merchandise however shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
